Red Tail Bad shed

My red tail had a bad shed and I can't get the skin off her head. Does anyone have any good tips?

I wouldn't advise trying to peel it off, you need to raise the humidity in it's enclosure, also you should soak the snake in some luke warm water. Yeah...raise the humidity, but don't try and take the skin off yourself as you could damage the snake's skin.
