2 snakes one cage
i have seen many pictures with multiple red tails in one cage.. can you do this?

One snake gets sick both get sick. They compete for the same hot spots and it just isn't a good thing.

There are a number of reasons to not do this:
1. Possible cannibalism during or around feeding time.
2. If one snake gets sick, the other does too.
3. A snake regurged. Which one? Can't tell.
4. Unintentional breeding.
5. Snakes are solitary animals, that only interact to breed. Keeping them together creates stress that can result in behavioral & health problems.
6. There are no notable good reasons (good for them, that is) to house them together.
