I have and read "The complete Boa Contrictor" by Vincent Russo. It is very well written in detail, and has lots of great pictures.
He explores everything, genetics,breeding,caging,rodent breeding and the difference in species. It is about 50$ or so, and very well worth it.

Russo's book [The Complete Boa Constrictor] is by far the most comprehensive, but deVosJoli's book [The Boa Constrictor Manual] is an indespensable resource and is dirt cheap.
Get those two and you've pretty much got it covered!
