Don't know if this is a bite or a claw wound
I know I'm going to get a lot of hate replys for this post so please don't
After this little mishap I'm going to start feeding Fresh Killed.
Now to the point..
I just fed Sammy a Live Med. Rat to day and when I put him back in his cage I noticed something was wrong. On top of his head I noticed a wound I don't know if this is a bite or just a claw wound since I only see one.
if it is a bite will the original neosporin hurt him
Sammy is a 6 foot red tail boa
in a custom cage

polysporin, no pain killer. It is a very minor bite luckily, it could have been way worse, I hope you learned your lesson and never feed live again, sry if I sound harsh, just everyso often someone is in the same position as you, they have heard all the warnings, but never listened, good luck with him, I like sammy, I really hope it just heals up and thats it

I have listened to all the warnings, But just stuborn. and never felt any real danger from med. sized rats, never had any problems with small rats.
How long will it take to heal? |
