low temps and humidity
i have a 55 gal tank that I keep my RTB in. my temps stay at about 75 to 80 and I only have about 45-50%humidity. I know that since i have a glass enclosure the temps are going to be a bit cooler. I have two heat lamps on one side as well as a heat mat under the tank the same side the water dish is on. how can I keep temps and humisity up

Covering the top of the cage with a damp towel will increase the humidity greatly as well as the ambient temperature. When Timmy goes into shed, I mist his cage nicely then cover the top totally at night time. During the day it is half covered with a damp towel, with the heat lamp on the other half.

I would recommend increasing the Room Temperature slightly. I dont know where you live or what sort of outside temperatures you are dealing with. But if you have all that supplemental heating on a tank and not having success, then perhaps increasing the room temp is your answer.

you have two lamps and a heat pad?
are you sure your thermometer is reporting the temps accurately?
can you cross check them with another thermometer.
one thing about those strip thermometers is your going to get influence on the reading from the actual surface of the glass, not only the air.
if its up against an outside wall or near a window, its going to skew the reading.
it may be hotter than its telling you.
