anyone use ReptileBasics rack?
I bought the Reptile basics hatchilng rack...i have had it running all nite in preparation for today..the thermostat is at 100 and im only getting a reading of 82 on the warm side...the flexwatt is on the back of the wall..i only had to turn up the Boaphile rack to 92 to get a reading of 90...anyone using that rack?..similar issues?

I use the Reptile Basics rack with a Helix. I put the probe on the heat tape behind one of the middle tubs and set the Helix a few degrees higher than I want the warm spot and it seems to work just fine. What are the temps in the room?

room temp is about 78-80..i put the probe same way..im using a Ranco..i have it at 100 and Im gettting a readind in the warm spot of 87..

yea..i will give Rich a call...i had 3 different probes in 3 tubs and they all gave the same temp..and when I pull the tubs out they barley feel warm on the back
