i am going to check out a girl to breed to steve next yr..i told him he is 750-800 grams and 30 inches and he said he can go now...do u think thats too soon?...the girl is 2000 grams

i always wanted to..my dad kept snakes my whole life..he died so i cant really ask him the ques i need..i didnt pay attention to the specifics growing up, i just played w/ them...

	Morph A morph is a color or pattern variation that is proven to be genetic. Common morphs include albino, anerythristic, gentically striped, Hypomelanistic, and many others. I wouldnt reccomend that you try your hand at breeding. Of all the things one main thing that has always made me not want to breed is its extremley difficult to sell them off before you start to lose money. 20+ babies cost alot too feed and take a long time to sell. Just my 2 cents....

I think I have to steal Slithers' title for a moment....

The point he's trying to make is that you barely got your first corn a month ago. Since that time, you've added a BCI and a CP, and the corn has run away. From your posts and threads, it's like you're a little all over the place as far as what species interest you and what you'd like to do, yet you still have quite a bit to learn. Please don't take offense, I have a lot to learn myself, and I have no idea what my next addition will be, as I want a JCP, a Dum, a BCC, etc.

Point is, there comes a time to settle down a bit, become acquainted with you currently have, they're requirements, habits, particularities, what you like/dislike about them, etc., and then you can make a more educated leap into the next addition. Breeding is a pretty big step, and I think a lot of people would encourage anyone so new to the hobby to not consider it at this point. I'd also like to think that a lot of people on here would suggest not purchasing anything else new for a little while, until after you're comfortable with what you have, and informed on what to do about things like handling after feedings, mites, escapes, etc.

i thought bp's have an average of 8 in a clutch...

its something i would like to do once..if im not into it then i wouldnt do it again..money wouldnt be an issue..
