What we need to determine for you is whether it's partial shed coming off (belly is shedding but the sides and back are not) or if your snake has scale rot or a thermal burn or something. Is the skin that's coming off clear like plastic wrap or are chunks of brown flesh falling off and oozing goo coming out of your snake? That's what they mean by more details.

She's having a bad shed. She needs more humidity in her enclosure. Cover most of the screen top with plastic and mist her cage daily. For now though, to fix this, take a shoebox sized plastic container with a tight fitting secure lid. Drill, burn or poke some air holes in it. Put enough water to cover up to about 2/3 her side but not so much she has to swim. Wad some paper towel so she has something to cling to. Put her in it to soak and set the whole thing in her cage half on and half off the heat pad area. Leave her there over night. Check in the morning to see if the rest of her shed has started coming off. If it hasn't, continue soaking for up to 3 days. It sounds like a really long time to soak but it isn't and it's not uncommon for them to do it on their own sometimes anyway. These 20 minute soaks people speak of are insanely usless usually. Snake skin is made of keratin like your hair and nails. It is water tight and they do not waterlog like our skin does. She will be fine, I promise but you have to get that shed off. If there is still some shed on her after a couple of days of soaking, let her crawl through a damp towel and gently rub her down towards the tail...rub, don't pull. All too often, people try to pull off stuck shed that didn't get any moisture under it and end off pulling off new skin. Sometimes all the way to the bone...especially sensitive is around the tail.

I guess I should also mention that she may have shed the top part last time and it's the belly scales that are just now coming off which would mean that the upper part doesn't need to shed right now...hard to tell without seeing the snake. A good long soak should tell you lots soon enough though.
