Yes it is dangerous to have them together...
Seperate them IMMEDIATELY!!!!
Housing 2 snakes together just isnt a good idea...Get a nice rubbermaid container for the Ball Python with a nice heat pad and use that until you get a seperate cage built
Welcome to the Site!!!:mexican:

im far from an expert, but it is my understanding that they should not be housed together, but if they were together for pics, i guess just watch em to make sure they dont mind each others company

they are going to eat eachother or stress each other out.
2 snakes permanently in the same enclosure is a big no no.

Seperate them. Not to mention a full grown rtb would crush a ball.

You should never ever house two different snake species together. Technically speaking, you should never house two snakes of the SAME species together unless you are intent on breeding.
I recommend separating them immediately, even if I had to relocate the BP to a rubbermaid as mentioned above. As long as the temps and humidity are maintained, the BP & Boa will be fine.
EDIT: You're too fast for me, but its still good info.. So Im leaving it
Please take the time to read caresheets on your snakes as soon as possible. I am sure at some point someone gave you the impression housing the two snakes together was ok..It isnt No telling what other misinfo you were given either directly, or from example. I hope these caresheets will be able to help you...
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask

Shew.....I'm glad they aren't together. I wouldn't take pictures together either myself. They come from 2 different sides of the world. Just not a good idea. Glad you asked though
