My rtb had his first shed with me last night, looked good except there is one piece of skin still attached in two small spots. I know not to handle him for a few days. Should I mist him in the tank?
Somehow he managed to shed in his hide or that is where it finally came off. When I picked up his hide to check on him this morning thats where his shed was.

As long as you havent fed him within the last 24-48 hours there's no reason not to handle him. I would just take him out and wet the area that still has skin on it and peel it off gently. If its stuck then take a soft cloth and wet it and hold it on the area to loosen the skin. Should do the trick. Oh, when you notice he's going to shed again spray his cage some to provide extra humidity.
