I would not worry yet about your boa not eating. Adult boas can go a long time with out food. I have had male go 5 1/2 months with out eating and female go 6 + months and are fine. Baby boas can go about 2 to 3 months with out food. If you are still worried just put a per killed rat or frozen thawed rat in the cage over night with your boa and the rat should be gone in the morning if he is hungry. Do not leave a live rat or mouse in the cage ever with your boa. The only safe live food you can leave in your cage is a pinky rat or mouse as they do not have teeth yet.
Here are some links for you.

he will eat prekilled. you dangle it on tongs in front of him. i have never heard of a boa that wont eat F/T or prekilled. it is just getting them started on it. i dont even have o dangle for any of my boas anymore. my BP i still have to ddangle. all mine get frozen thawed. that is 4 boas and a ball python. lol i dont freeze my garters worms though.

There still might be an issue, other than it just going off feed. What are the current housing conditions? Temperatures (Night/Day)? Humidity? Hides? Substrate?
