Bearded Draogn throwing up

Today I soaked my Bearded Dragon in some warn water while I cleaned out his tank. When I took him out, he had what sounded like hiccups, and threw up a little but of food (a few mushy chewed meal worms). He seems fine now and is active and climbing on his branches. Is this cause for concern, or could the water have upset his stomach somehow? Also, he doesn't like to eat his veggies. I have tried putting crickets and meal worms on them, but he still wont' eat them. I have tried all different types and appetite stimulator spray. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Ive heard of putting sliced up pinky pieces on the salad to them. May work for those that have eaten them before. I would try diferent kinds if greens. The more variety the better. How old is he? If it is still young if may not eat as many veggies. Try to decrease the amount of food offered and offer greens and such more often. They need the greens so you need to get him eating them soon.
