upturned scales?

My RTB has progressively been getting more and more upturned scales recently.... she had a few of them when she was real little but now she has them in rings spaced out down the side of her body.... here are some pictures...





Any ideas on why or how to possibly correct this? Temps are always 89 hot around 80 cold.... I always soak and mist during sheds so I really don;t know why she keeps developing these

My boa has the same thing. I believe they get that when they stay curled up for awhile.
