I have some feeding questions?

Hey everyone,

I have a couple of feeding questions. My Dum just shed his skin for the first time since I have had him, I have had him for about 5 weeks now. How long should I wait after he sheds to feed him or should I wait at all? Also, would people share how they thaw out their F/T Rats? I am feeding Pinky Rats.

thaw out my rats mice in a bowl of warm water re warm the water after its cold.
and then i feel mice/rats for cold spots

Thanks, thats is what I do for the most part. I was just wondering what others did because I have never reseached the issue before, it just seems like the way to do it. I also wouldn't wait to feed my King snakes after they would shed so I was just wondering about that too because this is my first Boa. Thanks again.
