my red-tail boa has its toung down its trechea or breathing hole im not nere a reptile vet so what else can i do and why did this happen

are you sure its down its trachea? Is it breathing properly? Is it gagging?
I would open your snakes mouth and use a qtip maybe and pull it out...
I find this hard to picture due to the snakes tongue being where it is supposed to be..
Is the tongue bent backwards into the trachea?
You need to supply some more information.....

Just curious, do you have the humidity right for your reptile and plenty of water? Not sure if this is a factor as I have never heard of this happening.
