Unhappy Terrapin problems!!! =(

undefined

Hi people!!!

Well... Lately my two terrapins (blasty and shellder) have been developing some weird white patchs (like smalls eggs... parasites? fungus? =S) in their shell... i've tried brushing it away with a toothbrush but whatever it is... its not on the outside if you know what I mean (bit hard to explain)

I will post a picture of a terrapin i found on the internet which i have laveled and shown... 1. the affected area... 2. the other problem

which is basically pretty normal... white moss growing on the shell (I THINK!!)
lol

ive had many terrapins before and i've never encountered this strange illness...

I've worked so hard in keeping them and feeding them lots of live things... calcium... etc (well ive done it right this time... not like wen i was little... poor terrapins..)

shellder 1st got it... and not blast is developing it...

please help me... me love me turtles me no wants em to die

thanks,

George

Talking

That is definitly not normal I have a turtle to and I've never seen any of that on mine. Is there any abnormal redish mark on the belly? I think it might be a bacterial infection or fungus. My advice find a good herp vet or they may die.

Good Luck
