Yall will probably soon lern that i dont know nothing at all about snakes i just went out and bought 1. well hopefully with yalls help i will learn. iam curious how do u know when a snake is ready to shed. i hear blue and when its skin fades any other hinmts ?

You know by "blue" we mean that the eyes turn an opaque whitish blue, right? That'll be your best sign that the snake is about to shed.

the eyes get blue and then it clears up and sheds. that is about it.
it is a boa, right? if so, make sure the enclosure is humid enough when it is time to shed.
