last night my rtb regurged. feed on wednesday evening. was not hardly digested at all. all my temps are good 85-88 hot and 78-81 cool. this is only the 3rd feeding first two went fine. the first two i feed in cage. because i did not want alot of stress, this time took out and feed f/t fuzzie and then here it is this morning in full aagggh. so my question is first what do you think might have caused it second wehn should i try feeding again and lastly should i try feeding in his cage till he gets a little older. i have indoor outdoor carpet for the substrate. Hmmm...
A regurge in such a small one suggests it may have internal parasites.
I would plan on a vet for a check-up and dewormer treatment.
Then after that give it a few days to a week to build its stomach flora back up before feeding again.
As for feeding in its cage or seperate tote, the stress from moving it from the feed tote back to its cage shouldn't have done this.
After deworming, a great way to prevent most internal parasites is to feed frozen thawed food. The freezing process kills the parasites in the food and even though ingested by the snake, will not reactivate, or become alive to infect the snake.

You really need to wait like about 2 weeks before attempting a feeding again though.. The snake's gut flora needs time to recoup.

what lori said is true, so follow that. also offer lots of cool clean water to drink. regurge leads to dehydration
also- you have said you used a f/t fuzzy. make absolutly sure that it is 100 defrosted!
a lil frozen in the belly will cause regurge too.
good luck

so waiting 2 weeks is not to much for even a baby rtb....? what about feeding should i feed a couple of times in his cage till everything is ok. I am real gun shy the first snake i had died after 5 weeks but his stool was real runny then he regurged....this one has been fine. but this feeding came back up . what would your guess be why that happened i did not handle him and temp is good and i do not think it was a parasite though i could be wrong although i have changed nothing since his other feedings..

As for it not being parasites, well, just because you have been feeding froxen, (attaboy!)
that doesn't mean it can't have them.
There is no garauntee that the place you got it from fed live or frozen or whichever and if from a chain store, no way of knowing what was fed prior to their receiving it.
