The sex of a snake??

How can you find out the sex of your snake. I forgot to ask when we bought him ( I know kind of dense ) and he or she near the very tip of his tail has what appear to be two little bitty "claspers" ( I do not know what they are called) so since they are hardley noticable does that mean it is a girl or do you have to internally find out? ( in that case I will just forget it and call him , a him ) thanks

Those "claspers" are called spurs. No they don't tell the sex. To find out what sex it is, find someone who knows what they are doing(such as a herp vet) and take it to get probed.
