1. Animal size depends on locality. None of my boas are this young anymore, and I have multiple localities, so I need more info to post a photo that would be of any help to you. Size also depends a lot on the specific animal. I do not think you will get an accurate answer to this inquiry.
2. They will probably get more boas when some new borns are available. Most boas are born from April through Septemeber, so this would be the best times to try and find a boa near the age you want. Good luck.

As mentioned, several factors impact size. As far as when, and for that matter, where, to get a baby boa, unless you've got a good pet store (they're out there...I hear), you're probably better off buying from a reputable breeder. We have several here, although I'm not sure who has a litter at the moment. Check out the classifieds here on the site.
Welcome to RTB, by the way.

yeah be leery of most pet stores. I wish i still had pics of mine when he was that age, Id guestimate 2'ish bout as thick as your thumb, sorry its been a couple years since he was that big. Check with Local breeders and more importantly reputable breeders. many people on the site breed so here is also a good place to look.
Where are you from? maybe someone is close by and can stear you in a good direction.
