To put it simply...sell your boa. You cannot bring it with you on the plane, and shipping is not a feasible option.
To begin with, most Boa constrictor ssp are CITES Appendix II. To be ale to ship internationally, you will have to obtain permits in advance from the US Fish & Wildlife Service, as well as their Brazilian counterparts. Currently, I believe that Brazil has restricted the import/export of any native herpetofauna.
Let's assume for a moment that Brazil did grant permisssion to import the boa, the cost would be prohibitive. Once you factor in the cost of permits, inspection fees, customs broker's fees, and the cost of air cargo, you'd be looking at well over $1,000.
