Well I've seen
regurges before but never had to smell them (don't make me explain this). The
regurges look like a liquefied rodent that's just barely identifiable, which is pretty disgusting-looking if you ask me. I've heard they stink to high heaven. Hair doesn't digest like all the other parts of the mice (skin, bones, guts, etc.) so that's often passed with the poop itself, which is normal. Is this what you're asking, or are you saying the snake is pooping or regurging only the hair? If so, then I can't say I've ever seen a snake poop or
regurge only the hair. Maybe others here can help you a bit more.
