I'm not really going to go into too many details all at once, and am honestly not sure how much detail I'll get into in the long run, but I have a request. I would really appreciate you all keeping these kids in your thoughts/prayers/whatever. Very brief, short-version - there was a heat malfunction that occured when I was gone recovering from surgery, made worse by a few extenuating circumstances. 27 snakes in all suffered from a degree of burning. Some are worse than others, but all are still hanging in there, and have been hanging in there for almost 2 weeks.

The temperature probe got knocked out of place, and was left unchecked for approximately 5-9 days before it was found. Long enough for temperatures to reach 112 degrees and the snakes to be out of water... it was very bad

WOW... Good thing it was caught in time, I would have hated to see a much worse thread.. Again those snakes are stunning, and the ones that were burnt will have a fast and full recovery, esp in your care Keep me/us updated please!!
