mouth/neck swelling
I have a 6 foot RTB. I just noticed that his neck was swollen right under his mouth. He looks like a Pelican. Under closer inspection, his gums seem swollen and he isn't closing his mouth all the way. I haven't been able to check out the inside yet (i don't want to hurt him). Can mouth rot cause the neck to swell or would it most likely be a cyst or something? I have not noticed excessive salvation or drooling and his mouth isn't crusty, just swollen. I will take pictures when I get home. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is most likely either an RI or mouth rot... She needs a vet!
