Nix! A mite sucess story!
Well I found some mites on my new girl and of course freaked out..mites are horrible gross creatures!!
So I remember reading some of you guys talking about nix, a short trip through the forums and then to google and I found the instructions for using nix safely as a de-miting agent.
Ohh man does it WORK!
They dropped dead as soon as they spray touched them! She is muuuch happier now.

Of course I sprayed her cage and furniture, the outside of her enclosure and the carpet around it. Showered tossed my clothes in the washer and closely inspected my other snakes that are upstairs from my quarantine room and found not a single mite. Although since cage cleaning day is Sunday Im going to treat the cages and snakes juuuust in case I missed some.
