Ants!!!
This has to do with geckos mainly but I found ants all over a gecko food cup today and climbing around on the walls. Whats the best way to get rid of them?

Re: Ants!!!
Find where they're getting in. Put bait traps somewhere nearby.
Wet a cloth with vinegar and wipe it along the trail they've made, so they can't follow it back to the cage.

Re: Ants!!!
So the ant traps usually takes care of them? Problem is that the geckos eat a kinda sweet mixture and it prob attracts the ants. Stupid ants need to die!

Re: Ants!!!
yup that sucks.....
do what rev said, then put the ant traps on the floor near the cage, hopefully they will be draw to that and not go any further toward the gecko.

Re: Ants!!!
Some ant traps work; others don't, depending on the species of ant. Sometimes, bait granules work better.
