Lots of things can cause it and I don't even know if this will fix it but it's got a pretty good track record.
Some causes...vague as they may be:
Stress (Lots of causes of stress but it is a disease once it sets in. It messes with the hormone secretion from the hypothalamus and if not treated, kills. People tend to take stress too lightly and consider it an emotion or something due to it's overuse in the english language.
parasites (clean fecal doesn't always mean there are no parasites)
Food too large, too many or too frequent
Food improperly thawed/still partially frozen or overheated
Food Spoiled/freezerburned
Cage temps too warm or too cool
Blockage in the digestive tract
Tumor/Cancer
Dehydration
Infection (viral or bacterial)
Without knowing everything about how any snake is kept, I can't possibly have anything better than a wild guess. I know or at least believe you take care of your animals and provide for them beyond what's normal for most folks and have been around the block enough to recognize if anything was off with them so your guess is as good as anyone's about why. What I do know is that if a snake has puked a few times in fairly rapid succession like this, the gut flora is gone and even if whatever was making it puke originally has been taken care of, it's a slow road back to normal digestion without some help. Many won't make it on their own.
