I was holding my female hognose earlier when I noticed a tiny lump on her back, It's about 2/3 of the way down her body and right in the middle, it's hard to touch and doesn't move around. If I look at her profile it is just visable but it can be easily felt by running my finger down her back. She seems fine other wise, very active and fed last wednesday. I have no idea what it is, anyone have any ideas or advice? Thanks!

That sounds like a cyst.
You may want to get a vet to lance and drain it before it gets out of hand.

Ok cool, thanks Eddie, just thought i'd better add that it's not on top of her skin it seems to be underneath, don't know if that makes any dif?
