Green tree frog HELP

My green tree frog is acting strange, he is at the bottom of the tank and is brown and sluggish, he does not move and has a head almost burried in the substrate, he also had been sitting in the water bowl all day, something he never does, what can i do HELP PLEASE

note: He is in a 27 gal tank with 2 green anoles and 1 other green tree frog, they have been housed together for awhile and get along.

WOW I'm really sorry. I got in contact with someone with better info than i could supply and he was going to email you. I'm unsure of how many people here could have helped you with your green tree frog, I'm sure there is plenty but most of them are over 30 and have full time jobs and plenty of herps to look after. If it seems that dire of a situation i would take it to the vet asap next time.
Sorry for your loss.
