RTB Jaw problem

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. My friend and I have recently returned from Iraq. She has quite a collection of snakes and had 3 of them sent to her from home. It would seam that they were not kept in the best of health. The 2 RTBs had pretty bad RIs and the younger male has what appears to be an underdeveloped lower jaw.
The RIs are taken care of now but I am realy conserned with the males jaw. He eats fine and has no aparent problems doing so. He did not have this problem before she left. It is noticably shorter than his upper jaw and gives him an ancient look. (or it does to me anyways, like a very old man)
Can this be due to malnutrition? Will it get better with time and TLC?
Any help would be appreciated.

Pictures would really help. My guess would be mouth rot that disformed his jaw and has since healed. Since you did not mention any drooling or foaming at the mouth, etc. Without picture help, I would think we will all be guessing. Sorry, I could not help more.

He did have an RI that had caused him to drool and foam at the mouth as well as hacking and such. He was taken in to the vet a few times and had been given shots that got rid of the RI. The vet wasnt to concerned about the jaw from what I was told. It does bother me though as well as my friend. I will try to get some pictures to help out.
