I was wondering if anyone could help me out. My friend and I have recently returned from Iraq. She has quite a collection of snakes and had 3 of them sent to her from home. It would seam that they were not kept in the best of health. The 2 RTBs had pretty bad
RIs and the younger male has what appears to be an underdeveloped lower jaw.
The
RIs are taken care of now but I am realy conserned with the males jaw. He eats fine and has no aparent problems doing so. He did not have this problem before she left. It is noticably shorter than his upper jaw and gives him an ancient look. (or it does to me anyways, like a very old man)
Can this be due to malnutrition? Will it get better with time and TLC?
Any help would be appreciated.
