First take a stool sample to your vet. If she came with ticks, she's likely wildcaught and very well could have internal parasites too but don't just worm her without seeing what she has. There are other worm medications that treat other things. flagyl will take out a few but the majority need to be treated with panacur and some may need something else. Please let a qualified herp vet do his/her thing before you go guessing at treatments that may not even need to be done. Meanwhile, keep looking for ticks. examine every scale on her and look in and around the
vent and heat pits. be careful when plucking them so as not to break off the ticks head. This can cause a serious infection. Heated tweezers are your friend. Gently grasp a tick, being careful not to touch your snake with hot tweezers (heated with a lighter is fine) and after a couple of seconds, the tick will let go to try and escape the burning tweezer grip or maybe they like the feeling and just stick their head out to see what's going on...who knows? Either way, they let go and that's all that matters
