Boa Respiratory

I have just purchased a large female BCI. She is opening and closing her mouth a lot. She makes a noise that is similar to a hiss when doing this. It seems unusual. She is breathing loudly at times. Any suggestions?
She just gave birth to 28 babies about 1 1/2 weeks ago...

Take her to the vet, it could be a respiratory infection.

I know a good herp vet, but he's in Greensboro, probably a long drive for you.

turn up the heat it sounds a cold is there a lump under the neck a vet is a very good idea

Could be an RI. Your best bet would be to see a vet.
