I needed a bit of cheering up. So, what better way to cheer up than a nice warm shower with the company of someone none of you has ever seen before (with the exception of Ice, I think)?

A friend of mine bred her, and I told him I did not want a burm. He said he had a clutch sired by a dwarf. I told him I still didn't want a burm. He had me try to sell some for him, and every time he came over he brought others... Finally, this little girl caught my attention with all of her reds and her fantastic personality and... I said I don't want a burm, dangit! But, he wanted a few snakes of mine, and asked if I'd take her in partial trade. I grudgingly agreed, and am "testing her out".

But, yeah. She's adorable, I love her. I do not condone keeping giants. I don't, I don't. Especially not for Joe Shmoes like me. >.o'

But I really like her. And, if at any point I decide she's just too much, her breeder has said I can bring her back and trade for something else. Which, really, probably won't happen. But, I have the option!

That was why I hadn't wanted to post her on here - because I KNOW that as SOON as a critter gets posted on RTB, it's staying. -.-''

But she's been here for over a month, is doing great, and has a charming personality. It's destined to be, apparently. lol

you will be fine. owning a giant honestly isn't that hard of a thing if you are smart about it, and we all know you are smart and wont be careless. nice burm tho btw!

Ohhhhh I know all about the size difference between males and females. I actually "chose" Sherahi before I knew what gender she was. She was the only red one. o.o All the rest were brown. Blah.

She just looks so "different". I really like her.

I try very hard not to be careless. :\ A little difficult with adult ADHD and a propensity for only using 5% of the 5% of brain a human only uses to actually think. >.<'

Just three days ago I forgot to put the lock back on Leila's cage. The next morning, I'm feeding the cats and they won't come into the room. They're nervous and edgy, and Cooper is giving me that "Ha ha mom, I never thought you were serious about that" look.

I'm all "[what the heck]?" turn and look, and this 6-7' boa is just chillin on the heat tape on top of my hatchling rack.
