Re: Albino Green Burmese Python Pics
That's true. Alot of albino greens don't survive due to big deformities. Even the ones that make it sometimes don't look right. Like that guy who bred the balls until they were so inbred, all the babies looked like duck-billed platypus faces. It was horrible.

Re: Albino Green Burmese Python Pics
All I'm saying is that, like Florida said, they are way too big and dangerous an animal than should be bred so much. Even if you have all the experience and skill required to keep your one or two burms, you are most likely not equipped to house the possibly 80 babies your female will produce. There is just no reason for it. Species like burms IMHO do not belong in the pet trade in the first place and when they are being bred by everyone that owns one thinking they have "the right" to breed them (not the responsibility NOT to) they flood the market, becoming a common and inexpensive pet for everyone to buy...which leads to those less-experienced keepers happening upon them far too frequently--exactly those people who give us responsible keepers the bad rap. I hope that made sense, I'm doped up on pain pills but I just had to get that out there...Okay I'm done

Re: Albino Green Burmese Python Pics
its not just albino its anything with green in it it is a rare site to see one over 4 to 5 years old they die or atleast most of them and breedings burms are bad sure there are some good burm breeders but when you have everyone and ther brother breeding burms you end up with alot of homless snakes and a lot of dead snakes or in flordia a new species that dont belong there taking over

Re: Albino Green Burmese Python Pics
Ok I see what the issue is but in all honesty this applies to the entire herp industry and is a question anyone attempting to breed reptiles should ask them shelves .... but with burm and retic size it makes them a poster snake for responsible breeding.
