Re: Best beginner Giant python
hmmm If you wait long enough and get some good experience with a carpet, check your state laws and maybe if your 150% ready get a male burm.

Re: Best beginner Giant python
Despite them not being giants, Ball python, they're easy and docile, and I mean how can you have a python collection without a ball?

Re: Best beginner Giant python
I dont think there's such a thing as a "beginner giant"
if you're a beginner, you dont need a giant, lol.
BUT if you work your way up to it, I say eventually get a male burm.

No problem if you don't like BP's, to each his own. I'm not a big fan of kingsnakes or milksnakes, not sure why, just don't find them particularly appealing.

Re: Best beginner Giant python
SAM what i mean is the best giant t start with ya know i wont go from my colubrids to a burm. I mean when I work my way up what is a good choice. I think BPs are fine and all I just like active snakes.

Re: Best beginner Giant python
BP's are pretty active, at night anyway, or when you take them out, I just cant stand watching where the ball python trade is going, all these genetic freak genes being thrown in. Same with retics now. Crap, almost all snakes, dont get me started on corns lol
