Apep is stalking me and giving kisses (the good kind)

In the first video there was glass. I opened it to get up close and personal in second.

I feed him a small rat now. He is just over 3 feet and in a growth spurt. His girth has gotten huge. And I must say, he is way stronger now. Almost as strong as my boa constrictors.

He eats every 3 days. He is almost fully digested within 12 hours and stalking me by 18. I could probably feed every day but I am sticking with 3 days.

While I feel I am capable of telling when he is hungry now, I don't feel I am capable of telling if he is sick or otherwise not 100% due to an aggressive feeding schedule. I would hate to overdo it.

I know some think a snake won't overeat assuming it has enough exercise, I do have a difficult time agreeing. This is my compromise to both, and ill use what I learn in the future.

Don't feed every day just feed a bigger meal next time. He is obviously hungry. My retic is 20lbs lighter than my boa but already taken the same prey size. It is amazing what these things can handle.
