Help Retic has cloudy eye

My Retic pulled a couple of scales on his head off a couple of weeks ago.
It looked sore at first but has been healing well.
I had him out to bath him today and noticed his eye has also clouded over.
When he first did it i disinfected the sore and put the temps up slightly and the humidity down to prevent infection.
Do you think this is a normal reaction because the wound is so close to the eye and so is replacing the skin in the surrounding area like a scab?
I'm not worrying too much until his next shed as i feel it may come off then.
I just need some reassurance.
Thanks.

How did he get the scales off? Can we get a little background on that?

The nigh i first but him into his larger viv (from the contico tub) he was overly active and must have caught himself on something although i have no idea what. His viv is very simple and clean, a glass fronted melamine viv with two plastic hides and a ceramic water bow...

Well is there any possibility that he is going into shed? When was his last shed?

I don't think it is as only 1 eye is cloudy and he has no other signs he is in slough.
