It depends, if you get a captive born one, thats a start. If you handle them gently all the time, they can be quite doscile. You just have to be gentle and if they show sign they don't want to be bothered, then dont bother them. You will be able to tell. There not going to be like a ball python or a boa but with some practice they can be tame.
