I'd say wait. He may just be using up most of the rat now so there isn't much poo to come out. Ruby Poos every month or so and she is on 1 large rat a week

I also would wait for awhile longer and see if he poops on his own. Sahira only seems to poop when she's close to shed or soon after she sheds... and that's over a month or so...

I used to have the same problem, and I had my Boas poop checked out for parasites. It turned out he had a high concentration of amoeba in his digestive track, possibly from it building up in his water (they can formulate in under 24 hours under the correct circumstances), and it was slowing down his digestive process really badly. She eventually got the amoeba under control, I threw the water dish out, and he's been fine ever since.
But I think your Burm's might be more of a mechanical problem or something. I used to have a Burm that would ONLY poop in the bathtub. A good soak never hurt anybody. I'd give it a shot.

If there is swelling around the base of the tail just above the vent, soak him. If not, don't worry about it. He's not backed up if he's not swelling down there.
I don't recomend this for snakes because I don't advocate feeding live prey, but for humans, the best way to clear up constipation is to sit on a really large block of cheese and then swallow a live mouse.

Um, Killer... if your new Boa is regurging and hasn't pooped for a month, don't you think that's a problem? Chances are there's a rat just sitting in there somewhere, partially digested and rotting.
