The right humidity?

What is the right humidity for a BP? I have been told that 50-60% is ok but when they start to shead u want it a little higher. I got this Humidity thing and finally got it working right and its up to 65% humidity is that ok?

yea a little bit lower might be lower, i think they can get scale rot if its too wet, but thats like 85 percent constantly so you should be good. the hardest part of keeping tropical snakes to me is humidity so good job!

jshrad has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Hello,

You could even up the humidity to around 80% FOR THE SHED, if you maintain humidity that high, it will cause respiratory problems. 50-60 is perfect for normal humidity. I don't even up mine during a shed, my BP takes advantage of his water bowl and kinda regulates himself.

Well now its up to 70%. so I slid the top of the cage off a little bit to let some out. Ok basically how it works is. u have a tube like for a fish tank send out bubbles under water, u have the container 3/4 oh the way full works the best and u have 2 tubes one going all the way to the buttom to release air, and the other jsut at the top, and with the bubbles constantly forming it makes it very humid in the container, then it pushes it out the top into the tank...... U know what let me jsut take some pics and post them onto here lol
