I don't know the biggest, but one of the biggest is Fluffy- Bob Clark's Retic.
Fluffy is around 25ft+.

I think it probably depends on the care and feeding. If you power feed it may get larger than 20' but it probably won't live as long. There was a guy here in town that had on that was 19' 7" when it died, I would tell you the weight but I never heard.

It also depends on locale and genetics. The Silvers get longer than the insular Yellowhead. Then you have the Dwarfs and Super Dwarfs that are even shorter.

Yellowheads generally reach 18', the Dwarfs get around 15'. That's females.... males don't get quite as long. We have a female Yellowhead. She is very calm, we are able to handle her even when she is in blue and she doesn't strike her prey. We lay it in her enclosure and she just swallows it. She's still fairly young, not a year old yet by our estimations (she was an adoption, paid $30 to recover the rescuer's fees). She grew 8 inches within a 2 month time span, so if you get one of these be prepared for an 8 - 10' snake within the first year
