juvi leo question

hey all, how is everyone out in cyberspace??? all is well here, just got a few questions. ok, my leo has the white urate present in her stools, but i never, EVER witness her drinking water. she is about 4 inches long now, and is growing well since i got her. i assume it is a her, but i never know. anyway, also, im nto sure how many mealies to feed her. this is my first leo, so im a little inexperienced. ive researched extensively, but books do not substitute well for actual experience. also, she has been here near 3 weeks and hasnt shed, yet is getting bigger. another thing is, just recently, she has stopped eating infront of me. is she just getting shy, or am i stressing her??? let me know.

I have had leos for a while now and just saw one drink for the first time the other day. You wont necessarily see them shed either unless you are there at the right time.
As for feeding. Feed crickets as the main diet. Start out with like 5 or 6 and see how many are left over. Keep adding or taking away till there are none left over. Every so often add an extra 2 crickets to see if it wants more than it's getting. I throw in the mealworms 2 times a week(as a treat), feed the same amount as you do crickets. You can also use superworms for a treat. Just make sure what you feed it isnt larger than the space between it's eyes.
THe white urates is normal along with the poo.
