Well when I move I'm going to be getting a pair. I was thinking of a carrot tail and a patternless. But what i really wanna do is you know how if you breed a amel corn to a anery b(i think) together you get a snow?? Well what two leo morphs can do that?? You know Id like to make a new morph instead of hets. Also just regular breeding info would be GREAT!!

well, if you breed two recessive traits you will get normal looking hets,
Im not sure of the components of "carrot tail", but patternless is simple recessive,
so if you breed that combination, you will likely get normal looking double het babies.
If you want to breed morphs together and get combinations, you need to pick co-dominate traits to mix.

Ok I know alittle bit about genetics but havent really got into the co-dominants yet? COuld you possibly explain, and if you know of the co-dominant traits of leos could you tell me them id appreciate it

Co dominate traits basically will show up in breedings from a normal animal to one that exhibits the co-dominate trait. (the tiger retic comes to mind).
I dont really work with leo's nor know that much about what "morphs" are out there,
let alone which ones are co-dominant.
you may want to check out http://www.hisss.net and email kelli from that site, she and her husband do lots of work with geckos, and they would definately be able to point you in the right direction as to which morphs and traits can be bred in such ways.
good luck.
hope you find what your looking for.

oh, another note.
if you breed a co-dominant with a simple recesive, you would get 50/50 babies (50 normal, 50 of the co-dominant trait) but they would be het. for the morph you bred to.
For example.
you breed a co-dom striped animal to a simple recessive albino,
you would get half striped, half normal, but they all or (66%) be het for albino striped,
I think thats how it would work.
I kinda lost interest in non natural color phases and forgot most of my genetics knowledge,
age does that I guess.
