Cresties are probably the easiest reptile, ever.
Babies and Juvi's do great in kritter keepers or small aquariums. Do not start a hatchling in something big right off the bat, it's likely to stress him out or make it so he cant find his food. if you got a baby, you could start him off in a plastic kritter keeper for the first few months then move him into your tank.
Please, do not use any lose substrates. having personally lost a gecko from impaction to a commonly used substrate with cresties (Eco Earth), I will never use anything but paper towel again. plus, it helps keep humidity up, is cheap, and super easy to clean.
Feeding crested gecko diet every other day works great as a schedule. I do not recommend buying the stuff in the bottle- it's a complete rip-off. I suppose for just one gecko you're not going to need a lot, but it's sooo much better getting it online from Pangea or the like. You can also feed crickets occasionally, and when/if you do, it would be a good idea to dust them with calcium powder.
no heat lights or special lighting are necessary, they thrive at room temp, and any prolonged hot periods can really stress them out.
Buy a spray bottle and mist the cage down once a day, twice if you can, and you're all set.
Make sure to put lots of plants in there (fake ones work great) and branches for the little one to climb around on.
ok..i think that's all i have to say for now :P

I could make that happen, just say the word and some geckos could find a way to accompany me to the Arlington show
