whats on my egg?
so i've got this egg, its about a week old now. does anyone know what the yellow spot is? i just wiped off some white fluffy mold and saw this

looks like it could be yolk or egg fluid showing near the surface.appears like its not a completely calcified egg (yet)

they usually harden and totally calcify pretty quick, at least within a day or two.. but its been several years since I incubated a gecko egg, so I may not be remembering my times very well.
in my exp if it develops a spot of mold and is colored that way, they generally aren't "good" eggs.
but i've seen some pretty gnarly looking eggs hatch too.
is that a first egg from first time breeder?

well apparently there is a swear filter. this is my 2nd egg. daddy ran on top of the last one and it didn't make it. this one is looking a lot better than that one. it seemed fairly solid when i was wiping it off.
