Leopard gecko health list

Hi i am in need of a good health list as far as keeping a very heathy gecko as of what to eat and heating all the good stuff! i do know the basics but would like to check so my gecko is in great health and no mistakes thnx!

What do you mean?

Warm side/cool side.

Crickets/mealworms (Dust them too)

Substrate up to you, carpet, sand, paper towel.

Temps I believe are 80-90 on the warm side and 70-80 on the cool side. I personally do a hot spot with a basking bulb for my australian species.
