I have recently gotten an African Fat Tailed Gecko. I did some research on them, but I have to say my gecko is so sweet. I had a friend with an iguana and a chameleon. They seemed allright, but just a little put off that I was there. I have heard leopard geckos are hit or miss some are sweet and some may not appreciate staying in there cage. Thought some of you could explain if you have found that to be true? (Maybe I just broke lucky and bought a kind gecko.) One more thing just reading the debate and thought I would add my thoughts. I beleive Cusko knows me through smell and routine. Before I pick him up I pet him on his back and he seems to know me and feel more at ease. He usually wants to be taken out of cage.
