um, that looks likes crypto.
Last I heard there was no "cure" or treatment.
But I hope for the geckos sake and yours , its just underfed, or malnourished,
you can treat that.

definately some issues there, like not feeding it etc.....
Any updates for us on it if it's still around to comment on?

yes it does, just like everyone said. a good way to tell a leos's health (eating wise) is to look at its tail, to see if its nice and fat. the fatter, the healthier. looks like he just needs some tlc is all, besides food

Update...yes this little girl is still trucking along. Very slow progress but she is starting to gain some weight. When she first arrived she was completely lethargic...now she is gaining energy and starting to be more active.

OMG. Smack whoever did that to that gecko upside the head.
It looks starved and dehydrated. If it was bred in poor condition, that could be a result.
Can you get a pic of the underside? Whoever suggested crypto might not be far off, but it's hard to tell based on just emaciation.
Make sure it has fresh drinking water every day and a good moist hide. Looks like it lost a couple of toes on the back foot from shed constriction.
Get a fecal exam done ASAP and keep her in strict quarantine, seperate room if possible, from any other pets you have.
