This morning I found my gecko sleeping in the poop area. I've never seen him do this before. I thought he might be constipated so I felt around for hard particles on his belly. I found nothing. Then I carefully looked at his poop and nothing seems to look abnormal. Then again I have no idea what bad poop looks like. He seemed to do fine yesterday, he was eating. Now he seems a little lethargic. Could you guys help me on this one!!

I don't really think that qualifies as a problem yet... he just wanted to be in the poop area.
poop doesn't really bother most animals/reps as much as it does humans.
Just keep it clean and let him be. I'm sure he's fine.

The poop area may have just had the temp he wanted. Best solution: Clean the poop. Animals can get sick from laying in their own poop, so don't let it build up. (I'm not saying you did, he could have been laying in a single poop from that night, but just in case..) Also wouldn't hurt to bathe him in lukewarm water. Just take a container, put some paper towels on the bottom, and put in lukewarm water at belly height. Stick him in there and let him cruise around in the water for fifteen min. or so. Take him out, wipe his underside off, dry him, and put him back. Don't leave bathing animals unattended. Sit and watch him. BTW, leos *hate* water, but it won't hurt him.
