I bought a female leo and I quarentined it and everything. She looks like she is about to lay eggs anytime now, but she won't eat any crickets i put in the cage. Is this regular for a female about to lay eggs?

You can feed her waxworms, but I rather that you feed her a pinkie mouse. Waxworms are addicting and very fattening with little nutrition. And if shes ready to lay then she won't eat much at all. You will see her pacing around and digging and staying out in the open for a couple of nights. I know from experience, because that's what my leo does all the time when she's ready to lay.

Then when she lays she will starting eating again. Make sure she gets her calcium, it's very important.
